Terms and Conditions
Overview
This subscription is designed for small business owners, solopreneurs, founders, and start-ups who want practical advice, guidance, and a trusted sounding board, without the commitment of a fully engaged advisory arrangement.
Each subscription provides:
1:1 advisory and sounding board sessions
Business management support tools
Independent decision-making support
Access to downloadable templates
Exclusive tips and articles by email
Subscriber discounts on packaged set-price offerings
Subscription Plans
There are three subscription tiers. All plans cover a 3-month term, with payment required in advance.
No ad hoc or hourly rate applies beyond your plan quota. If you use your full allocation before the end of your 3-month term, you can take out a new subscription, this starts a fresh 3-month term from that date.
How Your Hours Work
Your hours are yours to use flexibly across the 3-month term, however and whenever suits you.
There is no set session length or schedule requirement.
Time is tracked and deducted in 10-minute increments.
Sessions can be delivered via Zoom, in-person, phone, email, or text.
A reminder will be sent when you have approximately 1 hour of your quota remaining.
Unused time at the end of your 3-month term is not carried over, each new term starts fresh.
Payment & Renewal
Payment is required in advance of each 3-month term.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next due date.
No refunds are issued if you cancel part-way through a term.
Payment is by direct credit to a designated NZ bank account. Automatic payment is preferred for renewals.
Your first invoice payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Example: If your subscription starts on 5 April, your next payment is due by 5 July.
Invoices are issued in advance. If payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice due date, your subscription and access to all related services will be suspended.
Subscriber Benefits
While your subscription is current, you receive:
20% discount on all current packaged, set-price offerings. This includes workshops, surveys, team training and upskilling courses, brand audits, and special project assignments.
Free access to a range of downloadable templates, management tools, and resources, delivered by email from time to time.
Priority access to project-based or full advisory engagements. These require a separate agreement and begin when payment is received. Any unused subscription time will be credited to the new arrangement.
Access, through your advisor, to the collective resource of expertise and experience across the Prime Strategies Group network, shared and applied on your behalf as needed.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Everything you share is treated in strict confidence.
Your information is never shared with third parties without your permission.
Sessions may only be recorded with your prior approval.
Communication & Marketing
Tips, articles, and service updates will be sent to your email from time to time.
By subscribing, you agree to receive these communications. You can unsubscribe in writing at any time.
General
These terms are included in the onboarding email sent with your first invoice.
Subscriber numbers may be limited from time to time to protect the quality of service for existing subscribers.
Pricing is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
